Who we are
Medbright is a HIPAA-aware patient intake platform used by medical clinics. We send transactional appointment-related text messages to patients on behalf of partner clinics — never marketing, never to anyone whose clinic has not captured their consent.
If you got a text from us
The text will identify the clinic that sent it (for example, “Welsh Pain Medicine via Medbright”). The fastest way to get help with an appointment, scheduling, or anything clinical is to contact that clinic directly — they hold your patient record.
If you can identify Medbright but not the clinic, or if you believe you received a message in error, email help@medbright.ai and we will route your inquiry.
Stop or pause messages
Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop all SMS from that clinic. Other accepted opt-out keywords: END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
To resume messages, reply START or UNSTOP.
